The Deputy Superintendent for Jurisdictional Affairs, Ms. Carolina Estrella Bolaños, participated in the Second International Seminar on Intellectual Property: challenges in the context of the Andean integration process, event that was held in Ecuador from March 6 – 8, 2019.

By virtue of her position as Deputy Superintendent for Jurisdictional Affairs, Ms. Bolaños’ participation was of extreme importance. She was personally invited to participate as an exhibitor of the Colombian experience in jurisdictional processes of intellectual property. Her experience in this topic made her completely suitable to discuss the jurisprudence of the Court of Justice of the Andean Community regarding intellectual property acts and other jurisdictional processes that are also of its competence.
